Covid-19 Test and Vaccine Tracker Tool

About the Project

     In the Current situation, this project is mainly designed for individual Hospitals and Health care industries. There is a special request from the Private Hospital where they want to manage the Covid-19 Test results, Patients Quarantine status and same hospital they wanted to track the vaccine 1st dose and last dose information in an easy way.

          This Project helps all hospital employees to have an updated record and can send notifications to people who should consume 2nd dose of the vaccine and who are positive for the Covid-19 test. Hospitals are sending daily reports to the health ministry department. To avoid human error in manual data this project helps each individual hospital to pull the updated reports error-free. Based on any one of our unique identities like ADHAR No application will maintain the patient’s records. This program will provide accurate information on test results, vaccine schedules, and self-quarantine patient information in the future.

           Admin login can filter all the reports of Covid Test status, and Vaccine status. Employee login can enter the daily data then and there when they are checking. Anytime from this tool can filter the updated and error-free information of patients.

•  Web application which developed using C# dot net with backend MS SQL Database
• The same has been hosted in the Windows Server 2016 operating system.
• IIS is the platform that is provided by Microsoft to host any web application anywhere.
• This Project helps all hospital employees to have an updated record and can send a notification to people who should consume 2nd dose of the vaccine and who are positive in the Covid-19 test. Hospitals are sending the daily reports to the health ministry department.

 Existing system:

• No centralized management for Covid-19 patient’s record
• No proper Tracker available for Vaccines
• No proper data and reports available 
• Difficult to understand manual data.

Proposed System:

• Lightweight application for all Hospital management 
• Centralized management for all data and vaccine updates regarding Covid-19.
• Automated notification system for the patients.
• Can avoid additional issues for the patients.

• Apart from lowering storage expenses, data outsourcing to the cloud also helps to lower maintenance costs.
• Avoiding local storage of data.
• By lowering storage, maintenance, and staff expenditures.
• It reduces the chance of losing data to hardware failures.
• Not cheating the owner.
